Actually, this shop doesn't deserve a star. I had a phone call with one of the staff two days ago because I wanted to order a fish platter for two for my grandpa for his birthday. I was kindly asked how much I had imagined in terms of price, since I am a student and can't afford a small villa, my budget looks accordingly. I had decided for 35 €, then I felt ridiculed on the phone and was told that I was not getting anything reasonable for that price. So I accepted her suggested price of 45 €, because she offered me to decorate the fish platter with a baguette and a beer. When I wanted to pick up the fish platter today and stood at the cash register to pay, I was almost amazed. The first thing I saw was just lovelessly put the baguette and the beer in a plastic transport basket, nothing with decoration, as I was promised on the phone. However, since I'm not small minded, I already had an idea of ​​how I could make things beautiful myself. The gentleman at the cash register looked at me and wanted to have € 50.90 from me at once! I had nicely pointed out to him that there must be a misunderstanding, as I was told 45 € on the phone. From then on the mood changed enormously and I was told that I would have to pay € 50.90, as the beer now had to be ordered EXTRA! Hi there?! are you crazy! Do I have to pay for the shipping costs now? A short time later, Ms. W. interfered when my friend said that for the price that I should now pay extra on top of the 45 € (which now apparently only applies to the baguette and the beer) I also had a baguette at Edeka able to buy. Mrs. W. began smugly to smile at us and rolled her eyes. I was always well educated and I work in retail on the side, as I have learned, the customer is king and is neither portrayed as childish nor as anti-social, as dear Mrs. W. did with us! I am 20 years old and I will not let myself be humiliated by a lady just because the staff made a mistake by not telling me that the beer and the baguette are not included in the 45 €. I started to discuss things with the staff, because I didn't understand it to pay almost 6 € more for something that was arranged completely differently. I would have liked to have simply apologized for the mistake and then it could have been resolved differently. The gentleman at the till and I then agreed on € 48. Mistakes can happen, we are all just human beings, but to sell myself as antisocial and stupid, Ms. W., you should perhaps think again and touch your own nose. I think you can show my girlfriend and me the same respect that you hope your fellow men will show you. Nevertheless, I wish you a Merry Christmas and stay healthy! Phine

A really nice grocery store in which you can also have exclusive gift boxes (Vegesacker box) in different sizes put together by very special specialists. Very nice staff.

A jewel, not so cheap but open and eager even in Corona times. Cheese counter leads a Sleeping Beauty existence in the far corner. Delicious cold salads. Lunch good and expensive.

Best cuisine ... sole today.
